El Significado de Ayani The Meaning of Ayani
En la antigua tradición suajili, Ayani significa " Lo que recibís , lo compartís con el mundo." Comprendemos que lo que cultivamos dentro de nuestro ser irradia hacia afuera, tocando a nuestras familias, nuestras comunidades y al mundo que nos rodea. In the ancient Swahili tradition, Ayani means "I give you, you give to the world." It is the understanding that what we cultivate within ourselves radiates outward — touching our families, our communities, and the living world around us.

Aquí el movimiento no es una actuación — es escuchar, soltar y redescubrir la libertad en el cuerpo que habitás. Through movement, dance, breathwork, and somatic practices, we explore the body's innate intelligence. Movement here is not performance — it is listening, releasing, and rediscovering freedom in the body you inhabit.

Honramos la nutrición que no siempre se puede ver. Ayani es un espacio para reconectar con la respiración, el cuerpo y lo que de verdad sientes. Aquí, la nutrición va más allá de lo físico. Se transforma en presencia, conciencia y una fuerza tranquila. Cuando nos reunimos con intención, algo más profundo se sostiene — tanto en lo individual como en lo colectivo.
